Fallbrook​

The Fallbrook Firefighters Association represents over 60 personnel proudly providing a full service fire department capable of fire fighting, emergency medical services, hazardous material operational and technical rescue. 

 

Together we protect the lives and property of more than 55,000 residents and annual visitors to our “friendly village”. Our Fire District is located in the northernmost part of San Diego County, California. Our Fire District is over 100 square miles encompassing the communities of Fallbrook, Bonsall and Rainbow. These communities are a mix of urban and rural. One of our biggest challenges is the Wildland Urban Interface (homes built right up to and throughout the native vegetation).

Our professional firefighters respond to over 5,000 emergency requests every year. We are dispatched to emergencies by North Comm, which is a state of the art enhanced 9-1-1 computer-aided dispatch center, which strategically directs the response of our 6 stations (and many other dept’s) throughout our district.

We utilize a total of; 5 ALS engine companies, 3 ALS ambulances, 3 brush fire engines, and the use of an air ambulance as needed. We also participate in automatic aid with neighboring agencies.
